Little Dippers
1st through 3rd grades
Little Dippers is a sixty minute program especially designed for girls new or just beginning
gymnastics. All Little Dippers build self-confidence, strength, flexibility, balance, and
coordination through structured gymnastic instruction. We place a major emphasis upon each
girl's growth and development at their own pace.
Starlights
4th grade and up
Starlights is a sixty minute program especially designed for girls new or just beginning
gymnastics. All Starlights build self-confidence, strength, flexibility, balance, and
coordination through structured gymnastic instruction. We place a major emphasis upon
each girl's growth and development at their own pace.
Big Dippers
1st grade and up, Invitation Only
This two-hour class is designed for those students who are ready to attain
intermediate and advanced gymnastic skills. Participants have mastered
the intermediate gymnastic level and are now ready for this next challenge. Gymnasts in
the Big Dipper program develop skills that prepare them for the next gymnastic level
within a fun and safe environment.
SuperNovas
1st Grade and Up, Invitation Only
This is a 2 hour class for gymnasts looking for more of a challenge and a way to progress
more quickly to their next level. We encourage children to take this class in addition to
their current class. Any Little Dippers, Starlights, Starbrights, or Big Dippers can
register. Supernovas will focus on strength, flexibility, conditioning, body shaping,
technique, and form to improve skills they are currently working on but in a more
challenging environment. This can be used as a team preparation program but that does
not have to be the goal of all athletes.
Auroras
Ages 12 and Up
At the request of some of our students, Aim High has decided to offer a session based
class for young ladies ages 12 and over regardless of gymnastics ability/experience.
This will allow for a productive and fun atmosphere for our older recreational gymnasts.
Beginner Tumbling
Ages 7 and Up
This class is designed for the athlete wanting to learn basic tumbling up to and
including back handsprings. Cheerleaders, martial artists, and tumblers of any kind are welcome.
Skill Clinics
The skill clinics will focus on a different basic gymnastic skill each week. Drills, individual
instruction and lots of fun is what you will find at these clinics. Students will learn balance,
strength and the core art of those "coveted" fundamental skills of gymnastics. The first Friday
of the month will focus on the handstand working strength, balance and form. The second Friday's
skill is the pull over where children will focus on a crucial skill on the bars that takes strength,
coordination and a never give up attitude. The cartwheel will be the focus of the third Friday,
where students will learn the core art of tumbling known as the cartwheel. The fourth Friday of
each month is up to our students. We will be taking suggestions from our families on the various
skills they would like to learn.
