mobile gymnastics program
Aim
High Academy offers a 30 minute gymnastics class right at your school.
Children will participate in a fun stretch then work their way through
gymnastics based obstacle courses with specially designed preschool
equipment and end with a shout and a cheer before they return to their
classroom.
This is a great opportunity for schools to enrich their program by providing:
- gross motor activities that promote reading readiness through perceptual motor skills,
- enhances motor development, coordination, poise, and agility,
- increases self-confidence as a mover,
- improves listening skills,
- improves the ability to move to vocal instruction, and it's FUN!
* We also provide mobile gymnastics and fitness programs for after school programs.
